The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as part of the Fostering Productive Innovation Project, announces a call for proposals within the framework of the Inclusive Innovation Consortia Grant Program.

The grant program is aimed at linking science and business in order to create and implement innovative solutions (products, services and technologies) with strong social value and sustainable commercial potential to achieve the sustainable development goals.

 Requirements for applicants:

The Consortium consists of one or more commercial organizations or non-profit organizations (with the right of entrepreneurial activity), the main activity of which corresponds to the goals and objectives of the implemented project, and one (1) or more scientific organizations. Research organizations and enterprises should not be affiliated with each other.   

Grant amount:

The maximum grant amount is 150 million tenge, the implementation period is up to 12 months.

Co-financing should be at minimum 10% of the grant amount.

The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan is announcing the extension of a call for proposals for the Productive Sector Consortia I: Competence Centers grant program within the framework of Fostering Productive Innovation Project.

A key objective of the grant program is commercialization of innovation solutions, R&D and/or technologies of consortia.

Applications are accepted through the Portal (www.astanahub.com) till August 1, 2023 at 6 p.m. Astana time.*

Applications shall be submitted in English, Kazakh and/or Russian. Completing the form in English is mandatory, as projects’ applications are evaluated by international experts. Applicants should carefully read and comply with all the requirements of the Grant Program Manual.

All requirements must be strictly adhered to. Applications that do not comply with the eligibility rules will be rejected and will not be accepted for a review. Before completing the application form, please also carefully read the environmental requirements for the subprojects and the list of activities not eligible for funding under the Project.
